REWARDS SET TO INCREASE END OF JANUARY
With the new economic model, which was proposed last May (see here) and confirmed last June (see here), been worked on and the new Core client v5.5 ready to be deployed, the core developers have proposed to set the new mandatory consensus starting from block 3715200, which should occur around 20th Jan 2023 (see here).
This means that soon you will see the availability of the new Core client v5.5, which is a mandatory update, and the deadline of such update (aka enforcement) will happen at the aforementioned block.
In simple words, block 3715200 will be the first blockchain block with the increased reward structure (see picture).
